Tour Conditions

Lorraine Allen Tours shall be responsible to the participant on any trip for supplying the services and accommodations offered to the participant as set forth in the tour itinerary, except such services and accommodations as cannot be supplied due to delays or other causes beyond the control of Lorraine Allen Tours. In the event some of the services and accommodations set forth cannot be supplied due to delays or other causes beyond the control of Lorraine Allen Tours, it will use its best efforts to supply comparable services and accommodations. The participant waives any claim against Lorraine Allen Tours, for any damage to or loss of property or injury to or death of persons due to any act of negligence of any airline, hotel, or other persons rendering any of the services and accommodations of the tour. Lorraine Allen Tours, shall not be responsible for any delays, substitution of equipment or itinerary or any act of omission whatsoever by the carrier, its agents, servants, and employees. Participants or traveler hereby waives any claim arising there from. The receipt of a deposit or full payment by any participant indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. In the event any tour is cancelled, all deposits and other monies paid by the participant will be promptly refunded or transferred to another tour, depending on the request of the participant.
